Referral Program Terms & Conditions


Adventure Marketing Solutions ("AMS") offers a referral program to reward individuals and businesses for referring new clients who sign on for AMS’s digital marketing services.

By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility to Refer

  • The referral program is open to anyone, including AMS clients, past clients, vendors, partners, freelancers, and members of the public.
  • AMS employees are also eligible to participate.


2. Eligible Referrals

  • A referral must be a new company that has not worked with AMS in the past 5 years.
  • You may refer your own company only if it is not currently working with AMS and hasn't within the past 5 years.
  • Referrals must not be subsidiaries, branches, or alternate locations of existing or former AMS clients.


3. Qualifying Services

To be eligible for a reward, the referred company must sign a contract for one or more of the following digital services offered by AMS:

  • Website Design
  • SEO & SEM
  • Search Ads (e.g., Google Ads, PPC)
  • Email Marketing Automation
  • Referrals for print services, promotional items, apparel, signage, or any non-digital services do not qualify.


4. Reward Details

  • A one-time $250 reward will be issued per qualifying referral once the referred company signs a digital services agreement with AMS.
  • Rewards will be issued within 30 days of the referred company signing a qualifying digital services contract with AMS, unless otherwise communicated.
  • The minimum project size required is $250 or more.
  • Reward delivery options include:
  • A $250 gift card
  • A $250 check mailed to the referring party
  • A $250 credit toward AMS services for existing clients
  • Once the reward has been issued, it is final and cannot be changed.
  • Referrers will be notified once their referral becomes eligible and their reward has been issued.


5. Referral Submission

  • All referrals must be submitted through the official Referral Program Form at www.ams-referral.com.
  • The form must include full contact information for the referred company.
  • Only referrals submitted via the form are eligible.


6. Duplicate Referrals

  • In cases where multiple individuals refer the same company, the reward will be issued to the person who submitted the referral first based on timestamp.
  • If multiple referrals for the same company are submitted at the exact same time, the reward will be split equally between the referrers.


7. No Referral Cap

  • There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit or the number of rewards you can earn, provided each referred company meets the eligibility requirements.


8. Professional Conduct

  • All referrals will be contacted by AMS with a professional and respectful introduction. We do not engage in spam or aggressive follow-up tactics. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to share your referral's contact information.


9. Program Changes

AMS reserves the right to:

  • Modify, pause, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice
  • Reject referrals that do not meet eligibility criteria
  • Finalize all decisions regarding referral status and rewards


10. Referral Integrity

  • All referrals must be submitted in good faith. AMS reserves the right to deny any reward if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the referral was fraudulent, misleading, or intended to exploit the program. Bad-Faith referrals could be but limited to shell companies, fake contacts, same companies with two names, etc.


10. Tax Responsibility

  • Referrers are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on rewards received. AMS does not provide tax advice and recommends consulting with a tax professional.
